Why we love chives
With a similar flavour to spring onions, although slightly more delicate, chives work well in a number of dishes. They add freshness to creamy fish chowder, scrambled eggs and pasta dishes, as well as in salad dressings. We love them especially with pork in the form of dumplings, because who doesn’t love a dumpling!?
